By downloading, installing, or using the CatchUp Now mobile application ("App") and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CatchUp Now ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
App License and Usage
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use CatchUp Now for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our services or AI APIs.
- Use the App to scrape, harvest, or inappropriately collect data from other integrated services without authorization.
- Circumvent or modify any security mechanism employed by CatchUp Now.
Third-Party Integrations and APIs
CatchUp Now interacts with external services, including but not limited to Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft To-Do, Samsung Reminder, and Google's Gemini API. Your use of these integrations is inherently subject to the Terms of Service of those respective third-party providers.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or any data loss occurring on their platforms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CatchUp Now is an AI-assisted organization tool designed to summarize and streamline your day. Because it relies on artificial intelligence (Gemini) to interpret human language and notifications, it is not infallible.
AI Limitation Acknowledgment: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI agent will perfectly interpret every notification or correctly schedule every task. You remain fully responsible for managing your own schedule and commitments.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CatchUp Now, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes any missed meetings, unsent messages, or mis-scheduled tasks resulting from the app's AI categorization or syncing capabilities.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
